This fun community-wide event was first held in 1993, and over the years, Vulcan’s annual Star Trek Convention has been host to many Star Trek celebrities including:

Crispin (Star Trek writer "Yesterday's Son" & Michael Capiobianco (Science fiction writer) 1995 VulCon 3 -Phil Farrand "Nitpicker's guide to Star Trek." Unveiling of star ship at entrance of town. 1996 VulCon 4 - Gary Lockwood in first pilot (2001 a Space Odyssey) dinner theatre with Betty & Dave Bigelow dance troop. 1997 VulCon 5 - Roy Jensen original series 1998 VulCon 5.85 - Bill Brooks scientist with Canadian Space Research Center and Gene Polanski Astronomer. Vulcan's 85 celebrations 1999 VulCon 7 -Margaret Wander Bonano author of original (only author to sue paramount and won over their use of her book and changed it) Jack Donner actor from original series was a Romolan. 2000 VulCon 8 -Barbara March plays Klingon Duras sister & Magician Russell Scott 2001 VulCon/ Galaxyfest James Dubano & Comedy group 2002 Galaxyfest - Charles Napier 2003 Galaxyfest - A. C.
