Welcome to the Vulcan Tourism Website:
The Town of Vulcan, sits in the heart of
Vulcan County, and at the western edge of the Canadian Badlands in southern Alberta, Canada. Vulcan is recognized around the world for its coincidental science fiction relationship to Star Trek and Mr. Spock’s home planet.... but beyond the sci-fi, there are tonnes of things to see and do throughout this region, all within 1 hour from both the cities of Calgary and Lethbridge.

Fall Hours: [Labour Day weekend to October 31 weekend]

-Saturday & Sunday 11AM to 5PM


Winter Hours: [November 1 to May 16]

- Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM
- Saturday 11 AM to 5PM
- Sunday - Closed


 

*Note: due to winter staffing, there might be some dates throughout the winter months when the Trek Station has to close due to out of town meetings and conventions. If you are planning a winter trip to the Vulcan Tourism & Trek Station, please call ahead of time to make sure we can be open for you.
